On the afternoon of June 25,2019,the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Sichuan Provincial Emergency Management Department and Xihua Universityand theopeningceremony ofthe Emergency School of Xihua University were held in Xihua University. Professor Liu Chunping, vice president ofIDP, was invited to attend the ceremony, accompanied by Mr. Li Kuiming of theSchool ofEmergencyManagement.
Liu Chunping delivered a speech on behalf ofIDP, pointing out that in the current emergency management work, thereis a lack of high-level, comprehensive and compound professional and technical personnel.
